Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our distribution center in Royal Pines, NC. The role involves receiving, LUM picking, sortation, and loading goods using RF scanners and pallet jacks. You will work Monday–Friday 3pm–11pm with mandatory overtime and a retention bonus program.

We value accuracy, teamwork, and reliability, with safety as a top priority. Prior DC experience and a willingness to learn WMS are preferred; candidates must be able to lift and perform基本 warehouse tasks.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of basic topics (math, reading, etc.) is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and meet performance standards.
• Willingness to learn how to use material handling equipment and WMS technology.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload pallets using pallet jack; verify quantities with RF equipment.
• Perform LUM picking and place items into totes on conveyor belts.
• Prepare sortation area and move cartons to pallets or carts as directed.
• Load totes and pallets onto trucks using RF scanners and pallet jacks.
• Follow procedures to maintain safety and clean work environments.
