Owens & Minor is hiring a Warehouse Team Member I for 2nd shift in Arden, NC. You will unload inbound pallets, count and verify products with RF technology, and pick items for orders using Voice Pick. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The job requires basic math and reading skills, with prior warehouse experience beneficial. Overtime may be required, and retention bonuses are available as part of our ongoing effort to reward dedicated

Responsibilities

• Receive pallets and cases from inbound trailers with pallet jack and RF tools.
• Perform picking using Voice Pick Technology and RF scanners.
• Prepare sortation area and move cartons to pallets or carts for loading.
• Load pallets onto trucks using RF scanner and pallet jack.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and accuracy; conduct inventories as required.
