Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Distribution Team - Equipment Operator to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced facility. You will unload inbound shipments, perform RF-guided receiving, and prepare orders for outbound delivery with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of math, reading, basic accounting, typing.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is a plus.
• Willingness to learn how to operate material handling equipment and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: unload pallets and cases, count, verify, and log with RF or Voice Pick.
• LUM Picking: select quantities via Voice Pick/RF and place into totes.
• Sortation: set up pallets, move cartons to pallets or carts according to batch.
• Loading: use RF to load totes and pallets onto trucks; operate pallet jack.
• General: follow procedures, maintain safety, perform inventories as required.

Unloads, receives, and processes inbound shipments. Performs bin replenishment, moves product around the distribution center to ensure efficient processing, and prepares pick locations. Accurately picks, packs, sorts and loads outbound products in accordance with customer specifications.
