Job summary

Tindell's Building Materials in Cleveland, TN is hiring a Lumber Yard & Customer Experience Specialist. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with weekly pay, and you'll help customers, manage inventory, and keep the yard and showroom organized.

You'll join a collaborative team focused on safety, quality, and service. Forklift experience is a plus, with training offered for the right candidate, and growth opportunities within the company.

What You’ll Do (Day-in-the-Life)

• Drive Customer Success: Welcome and assist walk-in customers with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
• Keep Operations Moving: Load, unload, and organize high-quality building materials and inventory across the yard and warehouse.
• Maintain Peak Standards: Ensure our showroom, yard, and store environments stay clean, safe, and ready for business.
