Job summary

Coastal Beverage Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to safely move, pick, and load beverage products onto delivery trucks in Wilmington, NC. The role requires strong time management, customer service, and the ability to work with a voice-pick system.

You will operate a forklift/walkie-rider, follow safety procedures, and maintain orderly work areas. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with daylong hours and competitive compensation including incentive pay potential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 months warehouse experience or related work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in picking orders and loading trucks.
• Use voice-pick system to pull orders and stage for loading.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack per safety rules and certifications.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and report incidents promptly.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
