Job summary

Coastal Beverage Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Member 2 in Wilmington, NC. The role pays $18/hour plus incentive pay for picking and supporting the loading process.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to approximately 6:00 PM, with times varying. You will safely move, pick, and load beverages onto delivery trucks and maintain a clean, organized warehouse. Qualifications include at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and forklift/walkie-rider experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 months of related warehouse experience.
• Forklift and/or walkie-rider/pallet jack experience.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating manuals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent physical condition and hard-working.
• Prior distribution warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in picking orders and loading trucks.
• Pull orders using voice-pick system and stage for loading.
• Load trucks with forklift and secure loads for delivery.
• Operate forklift safely and maintain certification.
• Keep work area clean and organized; report spills and damages.
• Follow PPE requirements and safety protocols.
