Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a Warehouse Team Member for the Dallas Distribution Center in Hutchins, TX. You will unload, pick, and load products while helping maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment.

The role offers a 4-day workweek (4, 10-hour days) with overtime as needed, starting pay of $21.25 per hour plus comprehensive benefits and generous PTO. Ability to work in extreme temperatures and lift up to 65 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to work in extreme temperatures (–10°F to 100°F).
• Lift up to 65 pounds per case; may move up to 2,000 pounds with assistance.
• Proficient in English for safe instructions and documentation.
• Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM until the work is done:

• 4 Day Workweek (4, 10-hour days)


• The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts

Pay

Starting at $21.25 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key driver in the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.

• Efficiency and Organization: You’ll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products.


• Safety First: Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe.


• Communication and Care: Connecting with care with everyone you come in contact with.

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Extreme Temperature: Working in rotation through extreme temperatures(between –10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe!


• Heavy Weights: Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds.


• Education: High School DiplomaorGED


• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking): to safely follow verbal instructions, complete documentation and paperwork, and accurately interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage, and company communications.

Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

• Working in a warehouse and/or material handling is preferred but not required, and previous work in food distribution is a plus
