UPS is seeking a Seasonal Operations Supervisor to lead and develop workgroups, upholding safety, quality and efficiency metrics in a fast-paced warehouse. You will train staff, foster cross-functional teamwork, and drive continuous improvement across the department.

The role emphasizes strong communication, resource management, and hands-on supervision to ensure accurate performance and safe operations in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week with shifts.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office in a warehouse setting.
