Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Management experience is preferred, demonstrating leadership and team supervision.
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, and develops workgroups for safety, production and attendance.
• Maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service and safety.
• Fosters positive, team-oriented environment and proactive communication across departments.
• Ensures compliance with department, station, corporate and local regulations.
• Implements personal development plans and ongoing coaching for staff.
