Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Team Leader in Fontana, CA. You will manage the daily exception handling post, schedule staff, train on discrepancy methods, and monitor the discrepancy center.

You will also supervise overstock clearance and track project progress on inventory counting, relocation, and night replenishment, with shift hours 12:30-22:00. Ideal candidates are proficient with computers and WMS software, fluent in Chinese and English, detail-oriented, and strong executors.

Qualifications

• Proficient in computer operations and familiar with WMS systems.
• Able to communicate in Chinese and English with frontline staff.
• Meticulous with strong execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of the exception handling post, including staff scheduling, training on discrepancy handling methods, and monitoring the discrepancy center.
• Oversee daily management and discrepancy clearance of overstock, and monitor progress of overstock handling.
• Follow up on key projects such as inventory counting, warehouse relocation, and night shift replenishment.
• Working hours: 12:30-22:00.
