McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to drive warehouse productivity on the floor and lead a hands-on team in a fast-paced distribution environment.

This role focuses on ensuring accurate order fulfillment, safety, and efficient operations across shifts. You will verify orders, move products with power equipment, manage stock and cycle counts, and mentor team members to meet performance goals while upholding company safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of distribution warehouse experience.
• Operation of reach truck, pallet jack and forklift.
• Supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must read/write/understand English at work level.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product; research out-of-stocks and replenishment issues.
• Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Coordinate warehouse labor (start of shift, vacation, sick calls).
