JD Logistics, a JD.com subsidiary, is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader in New Jersey. You will directly lead a small group of warehouse associates, manage daily operations, and ensure smooth workflow across receiving, picking, and packing while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in warehouse roles, with some leadership experience and strong organizational skills. This role requires flexibility for overtime and on-site work in Edgewater Park Township, NJ.

Formación

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience with some leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment maintenance is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a small team of warehouse associates in receiving, picking, packing, and related tasks.
• Assist with labor planning and workflow coordination to meet daily targets.
• Train new staff on SOPs, safety procedures, and process efficiency.
• Monitor order accuracy, report issues, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.
