McLane Company, Inc in Otsego, MN is seeking a Team Leader to promote productivity and accuracy on the warehouse floor, directing tasks and coordinating shifts to meet daily goals. The role requires at least 1 year of warehouse experience, supervisory skills, and the ability to operate or supervise power equipment, with a start time of 5:00 am and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualificações

• Organized, safety conscious and detail oriented.
• Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure.
• Prior supervisory experience in a distribution warehouse is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product; research out-of-stocks, shortages, and replenishment issues.
• Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Coordinate warehouse labor (e.g., start of shift, vacation, and sick calls).
• This position has additional duties; special projects may be assigned.
