McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Stocker in Otsego, MN. You will help maintain open-case product flow, operate power equipment, and support Supervisors in daily warehouse tasks.

The role emphasizes safety and efficient stocking to meet demand across our distribution network. The position offers steady hours (Mon-Fri, 6 am start) with a typical 8–10 hour shift and a comprehensive benefits package starting after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for job tasks and safety.

Responsibilities

• Use reports and computer programs to select product.
• Prepare boxes and slot products for picking; keep slots replenished.
• Record product moves to ensure accurate counts and locations.
• Work safely to prevent injuries and damage to people/products.
• Other duties may be assigned.
