Role Overview & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Supervisor or Manager, the Team Leader is responsible for working with facility management to ensure assigned personnel work toward common goals. This includes training personnel, conducting inspections, ensuring safety policies and procedures are followed, and achieving production goals.

  • Ensure pallets meet customer criteria and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate pallet inventory counts.
  • Clearly define daily work assignments to the team to meet production goals.
  • Prepare reports and correct discrepancies.
  • Work closely with management to ensure safety compliance.
  • Advise management on operations or safety training needs.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with PLA Policies and Procedures.
  • Set up specific work areas and manage shift transitions.

What You'll Need

  • 6+ months of experience.
  • Associate degree (2-year college or technical school), preferred.
