Job summary

Calumet is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee receiving operations, coordinate shift work, and ensure efficient handling of goods. The role requires leadership experience, forklift certification, and strict adherence to safety policies to support reliable, on-time product movement.

The position covers loading/unloading, order picking, and shipping preparation, with per-shift accountability and potential for additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year leadership experience in receiving.
• Must comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Must be able to work variable shift including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must ensure accuracy of work.

PURPOSE:

The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for all phases of product movement including receiving and/or shipping responsibilities.

KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the receiving department and coordinates work assignments
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Order picking
• Operating equipment
• Shrink-wrapping products
• Preparing products for shipment
• Physical inventory count and preparation

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have one year experience in a leadership role of receiving
• Must comply/adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Must be able to work variable shift schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends as required
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job including physical lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Must ensure accuracy of work
