Job summary

Calumet Specialty Products Partners L.P. is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead in Louisiana to manage all phases of product movement from receiving to shipping, ensuring accuracy and safety. You will lead a team, coordinate workloads, and supervise material handling and inventory controls.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year in a leadership role in receiving, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Shift flexibility including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• One year experience in a leadership role of receiving.
• Must comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Able to work variable shift schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends as required.
• Must be able to perform essential functions including lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Prepping raw materials for packaging.
• Additional duties as assigned.

PURPOSE:

The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for all phases of product movement including receiving and/or shipping responsibilities.

• Order picking

• Shrink-wrapping products
• Preparing products for shipment
• Physical inventory count and preparation

• Quality Control for outbound finished goods/raw materials

• Prepping raw materials for packaging
• Additional duties as assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have one year experience in a leadership role of receiving
