We are excited to open two new openings in Clarksville, TN for full-time Warehouse colleagues to join us at our Warehouse Facility.

Our current facility is 150,000 Square feet with 34 docks, 28 high door and 4 drive-in doors, so there's always plenty to do. This position is for a day-shift between 07:30 and 16:00.

If you have a forklift license or are willing to be trained, we will offer you certified training on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handles incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools/vehicles to accomplish tasks including but not limited to hand dolly, forklift, electric dolly, pallet jack, etc.
• Performs quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products.
• Sorts and places materials or items in designated warehouse locations such as bulk areas and racks.
• Fulfills customer orders such as pulling materials and products on full-pallets and/or carton quantities, and pick/packs.
• Processes all packages for shipping and/or returned merchandise.
• Conducts physical inventory counts; replenishes stock as needed.
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
• Participates in quality improvement efforts.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
• Able to work overtime, including Saturday on occasion. We have no needs right now but they may arise in future.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• One to two years related experience or equivalent.
• Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods.
• Forklift certified a plus
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to follow instructions.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Proficient using a computer.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
