Overview/ S ummary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will coordinate order fulfillment activities, monitor team performance, and drive operational excellence by aligning with standard procedures and key performance indicators (KPIs).

What You Will do:
Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate with Allocators to manage and execute daily orders, following FIFO (First In, First Out) protocols.
• Train and mentor new associates using established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
• Manually track and record production numbers to support performance analysis and planning.
• Report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor regarding daily performance, staffing, and operational updates.
• Maintain and record Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational goals are met.
• Monitor individual and team work performance to promote accountability and productivity.
• Identify, understand, and report any safety concerns to maintain a safe working environment.
• Foster a positive work culture through active engagement and clear communication with team members.

Requirements:

• English proficiency is required ; bilingual (Spanish preferred) is a plus.
• Forklift Experience, Stand-up, Sit Down, Cherry Picker
• Previous warehouse experience is essential (leadership experience preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to learn and efficiently navigate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures and conditions.
