Job summary

The Guitar Center Company is seeking an Receiving Team Lead to guide and train warehouse staff, ensuring production, quality, and service goals are met in daily operations.

You will enforce safety policies, report performance to the Supervisor, handle receiving tasks, operate powered equipment, and maintain accurate task records in the PkMS system while supporting workflow coordination.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Prior leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide and train team members to meet goals.
• Monitor safety policy compliance and housekeeping.
• Inform Supervisor of production rates and issues.
• Perform production tasks within the team as needed.
• Operate powered equipment to move, stage, or ship product.
• Maintain records of product movement using the PkMS system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
