Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, or receiving operations preferred.
• Team Lead or leadership experience preferred.
• Forklift or material handling equipment experience preferred; training and authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipping and receiving activities.
• Verify shipments for accuracy, quantity, and condition.
• Lead and direct warehouse staff; monitor productivity and tasks.
• Maintain inventory movement, cycle counts, and accuracy.
• Uphold safety procedures; enforce PPE use and OSHA standards.
• Prepare and maintain shipping/receiving records and reports.
• Communicate issues to management and support continuous improvement.
