Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide a warehouse team.
• Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, policies, and safety.
• WMS experience with Epicor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving activities.
• Coordinate employee scheduling to keep operations uninterrupted.
• Delegate tasks when supervisor unavailable.
• Participate in quality improvement plans and 5S program.
• Report inventory discrepancies to management.
• Ensure safety guidelines and PPE adherence.
• Mentor and train new and existing staff.
