United Parcel Service, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Tacoma to lead and develop package handling teams, ensuring safety, productivity and reliable service. You will train staff, monitor attendance, and drive process improvements across shifts.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage a fast-paced warehouse environment while upholding UPS safety and operational standards.

Competenze

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent.
