Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent (preferred).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times and in compliance with department, station, corporate and local regulations.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy and efficiency.

• Implements personal development plans to support growth of department personnel.
• Ensures thorough orientation, training and coaching for all department employees.
