United Parcel Service, Inc. is seeking a Supervisory role to oversee Package Handlers, train and develop workgroups, and uphold safety, productivity, and attendance standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, proactive leadership, and a commitment to teamwork across the station. Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent – Preferred: Management experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and continual improvement.
• Ensures orientation, skills and safety training, and ongoing coaching for department personnel.
