Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years warehouse experience.
• 3+ years supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Participates in recruitment of hourly employees for the warehouse.
• Ensures planning, direction, scheduling, and assignment of jobs for warehouse staff.
• Manages department performance through coaching, mentoring and motivation of warehouse staff.
• Coordinates work activities of warehouse operations with other departments to improve efficiency and cohesion.
• Oversees cost control measures to strengthen gross profit and contribution.
• Maintains operational reliability of warehouse equipment via a third-party vendor and safeguards company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
