Qualifications

• Minimum one year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be forklift certified and able to operate a powered industrial truck.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently perform assigned operations in a production environment.
• Supervise a team of plant associates and coordinate daily operations.
• Interact with customers, employees, managers, and regulatory representatives.
• Maintain inventory and ensure accurate manifests and shipping papers.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and provide performance feedback.
