Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities including conflict resolution.
• Self-directed and able to prioritize multiple tasks with interruptions.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook; willingness to learn SAP and Agile.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily crew and shift turnover; manage vacation and callouts.
• Coordinate and monitor changeovers; verify inventory accuracy.
• Maintain floor presence and monitor forklift efficiencies.
• Provide feedback and coaching during training; identify development needs.
• Ensure timely completion of paperwork and adherence to safety and quality standards.
