Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience with WMS and inventory management systems.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and lead a team of warehouse associates in daily operations.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, storage, and inventory control.
• Provide coaching and training to improve performance.
• Oversee movement and storage of goods to optimize space.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance.
• Conduct regular safety audits and equipment inspections.
• Provide safety training and ensure proper equipment use.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Manager on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities.
