Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in warehouse inbound management and logistics operations.
• Experience in team management and motivating employees to improve performance.
• Proficient in WMS such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven optimization decisions.
• Excellent communication to coordinate inbound processes across departments.
• English working language; local language and Chinese helpful.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and optimize inbound processes ensuring timely receiving, inspection, and storage.
• Maintain inventory records accuracy and ensure data is correctly recorded in the system.
• Ensure inbound operations comply with company standards and safety regulations.
• Lead, train, and guide the inbound team; develop schedules and assign tasks.
• Monitor performance and conduct evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Evaluate and improve inbound processes to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
