Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. You will lead a team and coordinate cargo handling across departments to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
United States or Canada work authorization as defined by respective laws.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching of cargo.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines and operational goals.
Train and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure proper documentation of cargo movements.
Monitor and maintain the functionality of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless cargo handling and delivery.
Investigate and resolve operational issues or discrepancies promptly.
Prepare operational reports and updates for management.
Promote a positive and productive work environment by recognizing team contributions.
