Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and on‑time order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; suggest performance improvements as needed.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Promote exceptional customer service and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
