Job summary

Advancia Technologies LLC seeks a Material Handler/Team Lead in Perris, CA to oversee material handling operations and lead a team in a warehouse/records environment.

You will ensure proper classification, storage, and disposal of records, while supervising staff, coordinating with clients, and maintaining safety and accuracy standards. Shift schedules include 6:30–3:00 and 8:30–5:00.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years’ directly related experience in a Federal Record Center or similar environment.
• Strong leadership, with ability to motivate, guide, inspire, and delegate.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Basic math concepts including weights and measurements.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Ability to maintain accuracy with low error rates.
• Read and write English at a functional level.
• Valid State Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass security checks, drug screen, and background check.
• Ability to work in a labor-intensive environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and foster collaboration.
• Meet with client liaisons to discuss logistics and requirements.
• Monitor work for accuracy and timeliness; coordinate with government personnel.
• Ensure adherence to standards of conduct and security requirements.
• Serve as liaison between contract staff and client; escalate issues as needed.
• Sign in/out personnel and verify times; track weekly totals.
• Remain onsite during work with limited exceptions; assist training.
• Ensure tasks meet production standards and are completed efficiently.
• Locate and organize containers/folders using pull lists; report discrepancies.
• Process and prepare records for scanning; verify image clarity.
• Use handheld devices for basic data entry and daily totals.
