Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly:

• Hourly Pay: $22.30 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $33.45 per hour
• Schedule: First Shift - Monday through Friday, 6:30 am - 3:30 pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred
• One (1) year or more previous experience as Team Lead preferred
• One (1) year or more Microsoft Office experience preferred
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Knowledge and/or experience with RF scanners required
• Valid forklift operator's license
• Strong communication skills
• Effective leadership skills
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve operational efficiency
• Perform warehouse tasks: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Allocate resources and organize daily work duties
• Guide team members to improve KPIs
• Provide orientation and necessary tools for employees
• Promote health and safety practices
• Manage warehouse paperwork
• Complete reports and propose operational improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned
