Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $22.50 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $33.75 per hour
• Schedule: First Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• One or more years of powered industrial truck experience (preferred)
• Previous team lead experience (preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Warehouse experience
• RF scanner knowledge/experience
• Valid forklift operator’s license
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills
• Flexibility and composure under pressure
• Bilingual skills (for Québec locations)

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve warehouse operations for efficiency
• Perform tasks including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Organize and assign daily work duties to team members
• Motivate and guide team to meet KPIs
• Orient new employees and provide necessary tools and information
• Promote health and safety practices
• Manage paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, bills of lading
• Complete daily reports and suggest operational improvements
• Perform additional duties as assigned
