Job summary

Accurate Personnel is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead in Barnesville, PA to oversee a department of 10+ workers and ensure accurate, timely distribution. You will monitor workflows, train staff, and manage shipping/receiving processes while maintaining documentation and using computer systems to input and evaluate information.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; 18+ years old with lifting capability up to 49 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Must have open availability and flexibility with working hours and schedule.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prolonged periods of standing/walking warehouse floor to observe/manage business activity.
• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds at times.

Responsibilities

• Leading a department of 10+ warehouse workers
• Assign, monitor, and evaluate workflow of the department
• Train employees on procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain and complete documentation as needed
• Hands-on involvement in all aspects of distribution
• Monitor and oversee the shipping/receiving of inbound and outbound shipments
• Maintain, review and complete paperwork required for the shipping/receiving process
• Use of a computer system to input, retrieve and evaluate information
• Performs other duties as assigned
