Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Must have open availability and flexibility with working hours and schedule.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prolonged periods of standing/walking warehouse floor to observe/manage business activity.
• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds at times.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: WAREHOUSE TEAM LEAD IN BARNESVILLE, PA

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Team Lead to join our team in Barnesville, Pennsylvania. This individual will be responsible for overseeing a group of employees within the warehouse in PA to safely deliver products to customers with speed and quality. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly, the ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word, and more listed below.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $23/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Full time hours
• Located in Barnesville, Pennsylvania

Duties and Responsibilities

• Leading a department of 10+ warehouse workers
• Assign, monitor, and evaluate workflow of the department
• Train employees on procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures

Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly

• 1-3 years of experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of basic warehouse equipment such as pickers, forklifts and reach trucks
• Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in heavy volume distribution
• 1+ year of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Must have open availability and flexibility with working hours and schedule
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
