Job summary

PerfectVision in Middletown, PA is seeking a Lead Warehouseman to support shipping and receiving in our steel distribution operation. You will work in the distribution center packing, labeling, and scanning outgoing shipments, with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Ideal candidates have general warehouse or order picking experience; strong work ethic and flexibility are valued as we train others. This is a full-time on-site role requiring physical lifting and forklift operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Must regularly lift up to 30 pounds, frequently up to 50 pounds, and occasionally more than 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Read orders to determine items to move, gather, and ship.
• Assist in shipping/receiving; unload trucks and verify receipts.
• Operate forklift and/or pallet jack for material handling.
• Move materials between receiving, storage, and shipping areas.
• Label, package, and ship products; apply barcodes.
• Assist in cycle counts and maintain organized workspace.
• Bundle steel components and prepare items for distribution.
