Job summary

UnityTec seeks a Warehouse Specialist Team Lead to guide daily warehouse operations, oversee receiving, storage, and outbound shipping, and ensure inventory accuracy using Government WMS systems.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience with WMS, and adherence to SOPs, with DoD Secret clearance preferred. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain/maintain clearance. UnityTec is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Two+ years warehousing experience with a WMS in the last five years.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Certifications related to warehousing are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Operations Management: Oversees day-to-day planning, implementation, and problem-solving for the warehouse team.
• Receiving & Shipping Operations: Verifies incoming materials and prepares outbound shipments.
• Inventory Control & Storage Maintenance: Routes materials to locations and conducts inventories.
• Material Handling & Equipment Operation: Operates hand or powered material handling equipment.
• Systems Administration & Data Management: Uses WMS and government data systems following SOPs.
