Job summary

Wilbur-Ellis is seeking a Lead Warehouse Representative in the United States to manage inventory, oversee warehouse operations, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. The role includes forklift operations, paper work, and coordinating with drivers and teams to maintain smooth logistics flows.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in warehousing, forklift experience, and strong computer skills. The position offers competitive hourly pay and a benefits package focused on health and retirement

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse roles with leadership responsibilities.
• Forklift driving certification or on-the-job training eligibility.
• Experience with inventory management systems and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to drivers and warehouse personnel.
• Oversee the yard, warehouse, and all vehicles to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper paperwork for every movement.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and safety programs.
• Determine optimal storage locations for products.
• Complete Hazardous Materials shipping papers and train staff on regulations.
• Meet and complete regulatory safety and training requirements.
• Ensure parts are in stock and manage parts inventory.
• Organize and maintain safety training records.
• Build influence across teams and communicate effectively to support goals.
