Qualifications

• High School or GED degree completed.
• 4–6 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between team members and Management to resolve issues.
• Adhere to policies and report non-compliance to supervisor/manager.
• Assist in administering the safety program to maintain a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with Supervisor/Manager on goals, inventory, and timelines to meet objectives.
• Prepare process, accuracy, and production reports aligned with daily goals.
• Conduct on-the-job and cross-training using onboarding tools for new staff.
