Qualifications

• Education:High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Experience:Computer literacy is required, excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with SPARK onboarding tools and processes

Responsibilities

• Meets with Supervisor/Manager daily to discuss goals, inventory levels and timelines
• Leads all associates in achieving discussed goals
• Coordinates planned workflow with Supervisor/Manager
• Ensures team fulfils their roles and runs smoothly per Management's instructions
• Maintains inventory accuracy to achieve a variance of 2% or less
• Provides on-the-job training and cross-training using SPARK onboarding tools
• Completes process, accuracy, and production reports and communicates findings to supervisor/manager
• Adheres to all company policies and safety programs and reports non-compliance
• Acts as liaison between team and Management to resolve issues
• Assists with administering the safety program to ensure a safe working environment
• Provides recommendations on process improvement and may assist in implementation
• Performs other duties as assigned by management
