Accurate Personnel is hiring for Warehouse Team Leads in Brownsburg, IN to oversee daily floor operations, guide warehouse associates, and ensure shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks are completed accurately and safely.

The position offers pay ranging from $18–$21 per hour with weekly pay, comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits, and flexible shifts (day or night) in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in warehouse/logistics with leadership experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or RF scanners preferred.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication, time management, problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Willing to work day or night shifts, including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Direct, motivate, and assist floor staff in picking, packing, loading, unloading and stocking.
• Monitor workflow to meet productivity, quality, and shipping/receiving deadlines.
• Perform inventory counts and track stock movements with WMS or RF scanners.
• Train new associates on SOPs, safety guidelines, and equipment use.
• Enforce safety, OSHA compliance, and PPE protocols; report incidents.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Serve as liaison between management and team on shift goals and updates.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADS IN BROWNSBURG, INDIANA

Accurate Personnel is hiring for a Warehouse Team Leads to join our client in Brownsburg, IN. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily floor operations, guide warehouse associates, and ensure shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks are completed accurately and safely. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse setting and leadership experience as well.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Ranging from $18 – $21/hour, paid weekly

• Located in Brownsburg, IN

Duties and Responsibilities

• Direct, motivate, and assist floor staff in daily tasks including picking, packing, loading, unloading, and stocking
• Monitor daily workflow to ensure productivity targets, quality control standards, and shipping/receiving deadlines are met
• Perform inventory counts, track stock movements using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or RF scanners, and reconcile discrepancies
• Help train new associates on standard operating procedures, facility safety guidelines, and equipment use
• Enforce safety regulations, OSHA compliance, and proper PPE protocols; report accidents or equipment failures immediately
• Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks) as needed
• Serve as the primary point of contact between warehouse management and team members regarding shift goals and operational updates

Requirements and Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience, with proven leadership or lead experience preferred
• Experience operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or RF scanners is highly preferred
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong communication, time management, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
• Flexibility: Willingness to work day or night shifts, including mandatory overtime as required
