Accurate Personnel is hiring for a Stand Up Forklift Operator to join our client in Lebanon, IN. This position supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping, using stand-up reach trucks and order picker equipment.

Pay is $21/hour, paid weekly, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7 am to 3 pm. Located in Lebanon, IN, the role requires a High School Diploma with 2–4 years of warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and RF terminal

Responsibilities

• Picks, packs, and ships ordered items as required.
• Receives and stocks inbound orders, noting quantities and discrepancies.
• Process documents with accuracy per RDC standards.
• Operate RF devices and stand-up forklift and SOPs.
• Verify inventory accuracy and part numbers before shipping.
• Unload/load trailers and check bills of lading for accuracy.
• Monitor equipment for damages and report issues.
• Perform inventory cycle counts with high accuracy.
• Occasional overtime, including weekends, as needed.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: STAND UP FORKLIFT OPERATOR IN LEBANON, IN

Accurate Personnel is hiring for a Stand Up Forklift Operator to join our client in Lebanon, IN. This individual will be responsible for daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate will operate stand-up reach trucks and order picker equipment to move, retrieve, and stock inventory safely and efficiently.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Monday – Friday | 7 am – 3 pm
• Located in Lebanon, IN

Duties and Responsibilities

• Picks, packs, and ships ordered items as required
• Receives and stocks inbound orders while noting the quantity and any discrepancies in quantities, as well as recording any damages
• Processes required documents with accuracy within RDC safety and performance requirements
• Processes inbound orders using RF technology and following RDC special order parts (SOPs)
• Processes outbound orders using RF technology and following RDC SOPs
• Verifies inventory accuracy to make sure it's the right part and the right quantity
• Unloads or loads trailers, verifies bills of lading, and checks for transit damage
• Stocks necessary supplies in their respective areas
• Monitors and reports equipment damages and operational issues to Warehouse Lead Associate
• Performs re-warehousing moves as requested
• Performs inventory cycle counts as required and at a high degree of accuracy
• Required to work limited over-time (to include weekends) as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma with two to four years of relevant experience
• Warehouse environment that involves high volume production work; lifting, bending, and long periods on feet; and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Good analytical, math, verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized and strong time management skills
• Be able to understand, speak, read, and write English
• Ability to operate hand-held and fork truck mounted radio frequency terminals
• Ability to operate various warehouse power operated equipment
• Be willing to work in a variety of warehouse functions as required
