IDEXX Laboratories, Inc is seeking a Supply Chain Team Lead to oversee forklift operations and lead a warehouse team responsible for picking, packing, and shipping to global customers and regional centers. You will ensure inventory accuracy, safe forklift use, and a clean, organized warehouse environment.

You will work in a collaborative space with a steady schedule, focusing on continuous improvement and high-quality animal diagnostic devices used by veterinarians worldwide.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operation experience and leadership of warehouse teams.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills with urgency.
• Experience with Workday, Excel, Outlook, and SAP.
• High School diploma or equivalent; related supply chain role experience.
• Able to work independently and lead others with limited supervision.
• Hazardous materials certification or willingness to obtain.
• Attention to detail and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train team members operating forklifts and related equipment.
• Lead daily activities, coaching, and prioritization of priorities.
• Oversee cycle counts and inbound/outbound movements with accuracy.
• Monitor materials in cold and ambient storage environments.
• Resolve operational/logistical issues across warehouse functions.
• Coordinate inventory movements for internal/external customers.
• Drive cross-functional improvements in materials management.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization in the warehouse.
