Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or in pursuit.
Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
Demonstrated competency with warehouse systems (WMS/LMS) and SAP or similar ERP tools.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to analyze information, problem-solve, and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead a team within a functional area following McCormick's High Performance System.
Coach and develop team members; manage performance and training plans.
Ensure compliance with procedures and scorecards; coordinate resources across shifts.
Communicate objectives and progress to stakeholders; drive cross-functional teamwork.
Execute projects aligned with OGSM and manage functional responsibilities.
