Job summary

Bdainc is looking for a Warehouse Team Lead in Plainfield, IN, to oversee operations related to product movement and staging. This hands-on leadership role requires excellent teamwork and communication skills, as well as WMS experience utilizing RF.

The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of experience in high-volume fulfillment environments. The role involves motivating a team, maintaining performance standards, and ensuring a safe work environment.

We offer competitive pay between $22.00 - $26.00 per hour along with robust benefits including medical, dental, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in fulfillment of high number of SKUs including Pick, Pack, and Ship using ERP WMS system with RF guns.
• Ability to motivate a team of associates to continuously improve results.
• Solid working knowledge of Order Processing, Shipment Quality Control, and Material Movement.
