Qualifications

• Experience with powered industrial trucks preferred.
• Experience as a team lead preferred.

• RF scanner experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive continuous improvement for warehouse efficiency.
• Perform warehouse tasks including loading, picking, packing, shipping and receiving.
• Allocate daily work and organize shifts to optimize logistics.
• Inspire team members to improve KPI performance using leadership styles.
• Provide orientation and tools needed for employees to perform jobs.
