Qualifications

• Candidates should have leadership experience coordinating warehouse operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, shipping, inventory control, and warehouse processes.
• Ability to coach, train, and develop team members.
• Experience with warehouse systems, tools, and inventory control methodologies.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Decision making, prioritization, and ability to drive results in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with safety, quality, and continuous improvement principles.
• Experience in logistics or third-party logistics environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Balance workloads and delegate tasks for efficient operations.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counting and control practices.
• Conduct quality checks for damaged goods and non-conforming material.
• Promote safety culture and lead safety initiatives.
• Develop employee training and coaching to build team capability.
• Identify process improvements and support operational excellence initiatives.
