Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a shift in our Cedar Rapids, IA facility. You will oversee inventory levels, assign tasks, and coach a team to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.

Experience with SAP, WMS, and handheld scanners is required, along with a willingness to work flexible hours including overtime. You will ensure safety procedures are followed, optimize processes, and maintain high customer service standards while supporting organizational goals in a

Qualifications

2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
1 year of SAP experience.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Availability for flexible schedule including overtime and weekends.
1 year of supervisor experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Inventory control and cycle counting skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee operational processes to ensure inventory levels are correct and orders are completed on time.
Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
Train and coach warehouse team; provide development opportunities and performance guidance.
Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
Establish and promote exceptional customer service and safety compliance.
Operate and supervise equipment safely and efficiently.
Track orders and investigate problems; ensure compliance with policies.
